Meet and Greet

Passenger Support Services offers a tailor made Meet and Greet service on arrival at O R Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. We can collect you from your international flight and provide transfer assistance to your connecting domestic flight (scheduled or chartered). You simply advise us about your requirements and we will create a package especially for you. Please contact us to place your service request.

Shuttle Service

Application for Temporary Firearm Import Permits and Weapon Assistance

The South African Firearms Control Act stipulates that any person entering South Africa with firearms must be in the possession of a Temporary Import Permit. If firearms are being transported over South African ground to another country, an In-transit Permit is required. Shipping of Hunting Trophies

When your hunt is finished you may wish to appoint us to take care of your hunting trophies. PSS is well-experienced in provision of this service - we can have it deliverd to your country safely, and without any hassle to you. Please email us for further details.

Baggage Storage

If you are travelling all over South Africa and do not want to carry all the luggage with you, we can offer you a safe and secure baggage storage facility. Once we meet you off your arrival flight, you can hand over all luggage to be stored. We will get all relevant information from you, this will include when you want to collect your luggage, so we can have it ready and waiting for you upon your next arrival.

Passenger Support Services can offer you a fuelling service for charter flights arriving at O R Tambo International Airport.

Passenger and Baggage Handling

Passenger Support Service is a Fixed Base Operator licence holder at O R Tambo International Airport, which enables us to provide handling for executive charter flights arriving and departing at the major airports in South Africa. We handle the full bouquet of services, which include:

• Passenger and baggage check in;
• Passenger & baggage transport to and from the aircraft;
• Loading & offloading of any size aircraft; and
• All ramp services required.
  

Crew Transport

We will meet your flight crew at the aircraft and transport them to the terminal building and back to the aircraft, as requested.
